Waidangong 外丹功 Movement
9 also known as Body Trembling - 外丹功第九式 佇養心神定力功, this movement helps
relieve the stress of work and harmonize the internal organs thereby generating
mental strength.
Waidangong Movement 9 - 外丹功第九式 Main Points:
Cultivating mental strength to benefit all the bones; Every bone and joint is
permeated with Qi.
Waidangong Movement 9 - 外丹功第九式 Method:
1: The feet remain in the positions of the previous movement and the knees
remain bent.
2: Extend the arms forward, palms facing outward.
3: Spread the fingers backward nine times to activate original Qi, which will
make the whole body except the head tremble.
4: The chest should be kept up-right and relaxed, the knees, jerking sideways,
the arms thrusting back and forth, and forth, and the stomach muscles relaxed.
5: Breath naturally and look straight ahead.
