Left Leg-Trembling
1: Two arms are held on the two sides of the body, each arm forming an angle of
45 degrees with the body, the thumb and small finger of each hand sticking out
and the other fingers folded against the palm.
2: Raise the left leg forward but slightly to the left, with the toes pointing
upward.
3: Move the foot forward and backward nine times.
4: Relax the left thigh and turn the left leg backward, with the foot slightly
above the ground. Wait for original Ch'i to make the leg, stomach and chest
-tremble. Duration: 30 seconds or more.
Right Leg-Trembling
Repeat 2:, 3: and 4: of movement 10 with the right leg.
