Waidangong 外丹功 Movement 4 also known as Fist Circling, 外丹功第四式 - 疊指為拳神祕功,
this movement strengthens the arms, shoulders, stomach and intestines and improves digestion.
Waidangong Movement 4 - 外丹功第四式 Main Points:
The arms become supple and the chest is relieved of pressure; Circulation improves and energy increases.
Waidangong Movement 4 - 外丹功第四式 Method:
1: The feet remain in the positions of the previous movement and the knees are
slightly bent.
2: The arms remain extended. Make fists with the thumbs inside the other
fingers and raise them close to the ears, the elbows level with the shoulders.
3: Look straight ahead, breathing easily.
4: Turn the fists nine times and wait for original Qi to make the fists circle
