Waidangong 外丹功 Movement
7 also known as Leveled Palm-Lifting - 外丹功第七式 : 捧珠入觀安魄功, this movement
strengthens the Spleen Meridian and relieves stress.
Waidangong Movement 7 - 外丹功第七式 Main Points:
Holding the pearls toward the palace and The complexion will gradually become
ruddy.
Waidangong Movement 7 - 外丹功第七式 Method:
1: The left foot moves to the left so that the feet are as wide apart as the
outer edges of the shoulders. The feet remain parallel.
2: Bend the knees and keep the head and the backbone in one straight but
relaxed line.
3: Place the hands in front of the chest, palms up and fingers apart. The small
fingers point at the nipples.
4: Raise the heels.
5: Spread the fingers outward nine times and then turn the head three times to
the left and three times to the right.
6: Move the leveled palms down to the waist and up to the chest again to
activate the two paths of Qi running vertically through the chest. Each
movement down and up lasts about 3 to 4 seconds.
